Okay, in a couple of weeks it will be Star Wars Day and el Cinco de Mayo, but these holidays cannot compare to Free Comic Book Day, the first Saturday of May where comic shops across the land give out free comics from the publishers. Now I believe the limit is five, but we have several shops in Albuquerque which means one might be able to get up to 25 free comics ;)
Comic Warehouse will be hosting the
JLA NM who will be recruiting members for their cosplaying group. Other events will be posted as I learn about them.
Tall Tales Comics will have a huge even with Nei Ruffino and some tributes from
The Hunger Games
Lobo Anime and Comics and
Noble Collectibles are having events as well. I will post as soon as I find out more.
